WITHOUT ELECTRICITY: $75 a week or $300 a month
WITH ELECTRICITY: $100 a week or $400 a month.
I see that trailer lit up like a christmas tree earlier.
and she still owes $5 for this week.

I am not charging her a 1st and last month security or any security.
Rates are cheap and the rules are few.
If she cannot abide with them, she can take her trailer and leave.
